Nikki is a marketing graduate and holds the CIM Professional Postgraduate Diploma. She has five years marketing experience across a range of industries in both public and private sectors. She has managed a number of global exhibitions and seminars, worked on new product development initiatives and CRM implementation programmes and executed a number of internal and external communication projects. Nikki is a visiting lecturer at the University of Derby where she teaches marketing for the CIM.
