Customer First UK Ltd has two licensed assessment bodies which offer assessments against the Putting the Customer First ® Standard. Either of the two assessment bodies can assess your organisation against the Standard and you can find out further information about each one by following the links below.

Why are there two assessment bodies?
Customer First UK Ltd wants to provide customers with a greater choice in the assessment arrangements so has therefore appointed two assessment bodies to deliver assessment services on a national basis. Each of these will offer their own services giving customers the opportunity to decide which offers best value for money and flexibility of approach to meet their assessment needs.
How are the assessment bodies quality assured?
Customer First UK Ltd contracts with an independent third party to provide external verification of the assessment services provided by the two assessment bodies. The assessment bodies are reviewed and developed against a Framework which examines capacity, capability, customer feedback and continuous quality improvement.
