These are the key steps you will need to take in order to become an Approved Consultant:
Step 1 Recruitment
Send us your short proposal and CV (for more detail go to Next Steps)
Step 2 Selection and Initial training
- Stage one – Introduction to the Standard and the Benefits of being an Approved Consultant
- Stage two – The Self-Assessment Workshop - Understanding and practical application to interpreting the Customer First Standard
- Stage three – Standard knowledge testing
Step 3 Approval
Customer First UK will inform you once you have successfully completed your training and send you your starter pack
Step 4 On-Going CPD
On going activities and support to add value to your personal development
