This session will provide the key contact or ‘Customer First Champion’ in an organisation with a understanding of the 32 statements that make up the Customer First standard and how they overlap and link with other standards such as Investors in People.

  • Understanding the Statements and how to interpret them for your organisation
  • Establishing the role of the champion/project manager  and ideas for managing the journey
