This session will provide the key contact or ‘Customer First Champion’ in an organisation with a understanding of the 32 statements that make up the Customer First standard and how they overlap and link with other standards such as Investors in People.

Explore customer service excellence, what's the difference that makes the difference.
Gaining commitment and involving others
Understanding the Statements and how to interpret them for your organisation
Establishing the role of the champion/project manager and ideas for managing the journey
