Funded by Yorkshire Forward, the workshop will focus on supporting business support and community and voluntary organisations, within the Yorkshire & Humber region to achieve the Customer First Standard
This workshop has been specifically designed for organsations who want to learn more about how Customer First can improve their business performance.
The workshop aims to provide attendees with the opportunity to understand the benefit and impact the Standard is having on organisations and their customers; to apply the Standard to their own organisation and start to prepare for their first assessment; along with the chance to share best practice with like-minded individuals.
