Banks ignoring massive rise in customer complaints

Customer service complaints to banks have shot up by 30%. It is reported now that two out of every three complaints made is about a bank, showing that customers are not receiving the service they deserve. It has recently been revealed though that the banks are now starting to 'dig their heels in' and are not acting in favour of their customers.
