London Excellence Awards 2009

The London Business Excellence Awards recognise some of the best organisations in the UK.

Frea O’Brien, General Manager at Customer First UK will sit on a panel of judges to decide the winner of the popular Customer Focus award. Alongside her will be an array of individuals, including Commander Simon Foy of the Metropolitan Police, and Mike Savill from Mott Macdonald, a worldwide management, engineering and development consultancy.

With customer focus traditionally being one of the most popular categories, the awards naturally provide a complimentary form of recognition for organisations already working with the Customer First Standard.

The Awards Dinner itself will be held on Monday 13th July, at the Lords Cricket Ground, where all the winners will be revealed.

Some of the winners from the night, will then be sharing the secrets of their success on November 19th, at the London Excellence Autumn Conference, which will be hosted by London Probation.
