Business Link Yorkshire Putting their customers First

In May 2009, Business Link Yorkshire became one of the first new Business Link's to achieve the Customer First Standard. Assessed by QAS in Doncaster, Business Link Yorkshire has confirmed to their customers during a difficult time in business that their customers always come first.
Their assessor, Anne Hames, comments; "Although Business Link Yorkshire was assessed during its very hectic first year, the organisation demonstrated an absolute commitment to providing excellent customer service."

Wandsworth Borough Council - Putting the Customer First for 6 years.

As one of Customer First UK's longest standing customers, Wandsworth Borough Council has achieved the Putting the Customer First Standard for the fourth time.
Their accreditation with the Standard has differentiated them within the business support marketplace as well as provided employees with a real confidence boost.
Mike Brook, Economic Development Officer at Wandsworth, comments; "Our involvement with Customer First has brought many benefits to our customers and staff, and our overall Business Support Service has been improved as a result."
